Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may terminate your agreement by sending WolfNet a written termination notice within ten business days of the date that your services are activated.  WolfNet will refund your initial service fee within 30 days of receipt of your termination notice. If you paid your initial service fee by credit card, WolfNet will credit your initial service fee to the same credit card.  If you paid your initial service fee by check, WolfNet will mail a refund check to you. SETUP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
